Service Description

A MTM is required by Medicare and Medicaid on pharmacists to utilized their knowledge to resolve all the medications concern of you. It normally will not cost anything if you are a Medicare and Medicaid recipient. Medicare will reimburse the pharmacists for their service. If you are not a Medicare or Medicaid recipients, you may need to contact your health insurance to see if they will reimburse for the service. If your health insurance does not pay for such service, we only charge $50 for first session and $25 here after.
